Enrolling

If you are interested in enrolling your children at Woods Learning Center, you should contact the school at 307.253.3900. You will be given application and orientation information. It’s important to remember that applicants must attend an orientation. Information on the orientations is also available from the school office.

Kindergarten On-Line Request

Parents and guardians of prospective students are required to attend an orientation prior to enrollment in our program. In this way, parents are better able to ensure a match between the instructional methods at Woods and the learning styles of their children. Attending an orientation will ensure parents have the information necessary to make the best decisions.

KG siblings of presently enrolled Woods’ students will have priority; upcoming KG students must fill out a wait list form and submit to the school’s office.

ALL incoming KG students, including siblings, must be entered in the district’s On-Line Request process. If you need assistance, please contact the school’s office. You must select three DIFFERENT school choices.

If parents wish their child(ren) to remain at Woods, they don’t need to do anything. Only those who wish to change or new students coming into the district (i.e., kindergarteners) need to go online during that time period.

Parent Contract/Volunteer Activities
Education is a partnership between student, parent, school, and community. The partnership between parent and school at Woods Learning Center is unique and is an essential component of the learning experience at the school.  Your compliance is necessary to ensure that your child receives the quality of education to which he or she is entitled. Compliance is also necessary to ensure that the staff is able to provide that same quality education to each student at Woods Learning Center.
